I did this in a month ! So can you ! We are all capable of great things, we just have to truly believe in ourselves! Keep it up, we'll ALL be better/happier/healthier persons sooner or later ! Just keep pushing in the right direction.

    Well i go to the gym 5-6 times a week doing intense cardio for about 45 mins up to 60mins.
    Drink water and green tea! (I also take green tea supplement)
    I try to stay around 1200 cals/day! I also plan my meals the day before so I can log all my food and see what i need to adjust to reach my calories goal for the day !
