I am just so delighted in my progress that I wanted to share.
The Before:
The After (from today 10/15/11):
So really the after is more like the "During" but you get what I mean.
I've seen a lot of progress lately from doing boot camp (and of course eating healthily). If you have one near where you are, I highly recommend it.

use the tag that starts with [ IMG ] and then change the caps to lower case img. Should fix your problem. And congrats!0
