need general tips

started getting back into shape in late June. lost about 36 pounds so far. i lift weights 4 days a week.(2 upper/2 lower) cardio about 5 for 20-30 minutes. play tennis 1 day/week.

i take a multi vitamin every day along with fish oil. my food log should be open.

im always looking for ways to improve my plan so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
