Awesome Little Diet Tips

Pulled these little tips from People Stylewatch magazine:
1. Eat Fruit before Bed: "It's super charges your metabolism and it keeps hunger at bay all night, into the next morning."
2. Chew More: "Easting too fast results in chunks of food that are harder for your body to break down. Eat slower: You won't have as many digestive issues, and you'll feel more satisfied without overeating!"
3.Get Outside: "A few minutes of natural sunlight can help clear your head and even boost brain function and immunity."
4. Drink Watermelon Juice: "Water isn't the only way to stay hydrated. Switch it up with this juice. It's sugar-free, low-cal, full of Vitamin C and helps reduce bloat."
Enjoy!

1. Eating low fat cottage cheese does the same thing but better.
4. Watermelons and their juice have lots of sugar. Adding cucumber, lemon juice and mint cuts down on bloating with less sugar.0 -
