Do you track it the day before, or the new day?
To me, tomorrow isn't until I wake up from the night's sleep.

Agreed. I track it for the "previous" day.0

previous for me, work until midnight, then workout, and count it as that pre-sleep day, plus, if you go over on calories, you know exactly how many calories you need to burn!0

It depends on if its after midnight but your 6 hours behind Italy then it goes on the day before!0

The idea is that when you work out (even if it's late in the day, ie after midnight) you're still actively burning off the calories you consumed in that day. While you're sleeping, your body is storing all of those unburned nutrients/calories as fat, utilizing them to rebuild cells or storing them in the liver as glycogen (rather than being burned off).0

I agree. I track it the previous day...it's not a new day until I go to sleep and wake.0

previous day, just like if I eat after midnight. I don't count as a new day until after I've slept.0
