Ahh what do you do when you go in the kitchen and pull out the worst thing for you to possibly eat...and then feel horrible about it!? I have been doing pretty awesome all week and feel like just eating the one bad thing just made me gain a few pounds AND i didnt overeat it its just making me feel like I did.

there's nothing wrong with eating a "bad" food every now and then...in fact, sometimes your body just needs it. Just don't overdo.
The thing is, if you feel that bad after eating it...then take 5 minutes to beat yourself up. After the 5 minutes is done, move on and go forward.
Eating good all week and eating a serving of something not good for you will NOT hurt you!0 -
i try not to keep "bad" stuff in the house. we do have ice cream and crackers and such ...but i allow myself to have something "bad" every day and just work it into my daily allowance. i rarely feel guilty about my choices anymore. thats also one reason i allow myself a cheat day each week0

A cheat day sounds like a good idea today should be mine =] I think i was good though I went to a bday party and didnt snack on any of the food so I kept self control which I was horribly bored there too so its an extra plus! I am at my parents house tonight I usually dont keep the bad stuff around now either although I just started so I think its a new change Im doing!0

Stop thinking about foods as "bad" or "good"!
Just think of them as calorie vessels with taste! Stick to your calorie budget and have what you want within that moderation. You wont feel bad, you'll just feel...normal! And really, with the lifestyle change, that's the best thing of all as you are far more likely to stick with it!0 -
i havent kept it in my house but i do stop at the store and snack. or i eat more than i should. tomorrow is a new day0
