Ehh I was weak and ate a huge raspberry and white chocolate muffin followed by a strawberry milk shake. Now I feel sick, like nauseous and I'm all bloated and just feel really ew. Lesson learnt.

But I would like to stop being on the edge of being sick now! Anyone got tips to quickly/easily de-bloat and stop the nausea?

Drink a glass or two of water. Or a bit of ginger ale or ginger tea if you have it. And try to relax - the feeling will pass, and don't beat yourself up for giving in to a craving.

Agree. Get yourself some water (your body loves it) and head to bed. Pepto maybe if your stomach is upset?

peppermint is also soothing to your stomach, but ginger is the big guns. however, if what you have handy is peppermint - go for it! no more than a tiny dab of honey. it will help.

and as said above, don't beat yourself up.

I was told you shouldn't drink peppermint tea after eating as it makes bloating and sickness worse.

nope not true. in fact we give peppermint water to our patients who complain of bloating and gas.
You can get it from a health food shop-and pharmacist.

skinimin-peppermint tea is great-drink it then go for a nice long walk. does the trick for me most of the time.

I was going to suggest eat an apple, or a stick of celery - but perhaps you are already full?. Do you have nux vomica, where you live?
