What a difference 1 year, hard work and 31 pounds makes. I am in total and complete awe of the difference, and will ALWAYS look back at this if I ever feel like going back to where I was. My fitness pal has helped with over half of the pounds lost! I've lost it slowly, but have learned so much along the way. Gotta keep it going people.

    Great job and I totally agree - I am learning so much I didn't know. I guess the diet industry would love us all to believe it's terribly complicated and mysterious - and I guess some parts of it are, like getting the balance just right and knowing how to transition safely and smoothly to maintenance - but for the most part I seem to have learned that I can actually do this - which oddly comes as a bit of a surprise.

    Learning *IS* fun! Never stop and keep up the great care you've now learned to take of yourself! Congrats.
