I entered my buffalo chicken meatloaf in the Aetna Healthy Food Fight and made it all the way to the semi-finals at the Texas State Fair against 47 other people from all over the country.

Since everyone on MFP has been so supportive, I just wanted to share this post I wrote about my adventure, and of course the recipe :happy:

    Thanks for sharing :) I read the blog and I wish you the best in that contest and future contest. I cant wait to try the recipe, I LOVE anything buffalo so this is exciting.

    Thanks guys :) Didnt win it, but had a great experience. Sadly, part of my wanting to win was to get the trip up to NYC to visit my mom, only she passed away 10/20 right after the contest :cry:
