I love Kashi Waffles... I think nutrition wise they're okay.

If you google Kashi you can pull up their web site. Under "Our Foods" you can select a type of product, then if you click on the product it will pull up the nutritional info. I read the list of ingredients in both waffles, some frozen food and did not see any "partially hydrogenated" anything - that is the trans fat. Even if it says No Trans Fat, they can still have .5 mg or something and say that. You have to read the list of ingredients if you want to make sure there is absolutely no trans fats. If it says Partially Hydrogenated anything, it is a man made trans fat.

No trans fat or HFCS, but most have a lot of sugar.

I hate hate to cook and have a 2 1/2 and 4 yr old...so after I cook for everyone else..I don't want to spend anymore time in the kitchen
Are there any other brands of prepackaged foods that are a good healthy option?
