New Exercise Challenge Group?

Hello Everyone :drinker:

I'm just back from my holiday and feeling like I will need some motivation to stay on track over the next few weeks and months.
I got into pretty good shape before my holiday knowing I would be baring all in my bikini and with my BF there I needed to be in great shape. I really want to maintain this but back home it feels cold and I have turned to carbs.
I desperately want to keep this weight and size and need to carry on with running and exercise DVD's at home.
I don;t use the gym as I prefer to workout alone but would LOVE some sort of challenge where I can report back and say I have completed todays workout.

Would anyone out there be interested in a running challenge or a 30day shred challenge or turbojam challenge or 6 week 6 pack challenge or any other for that matter, maybe we could tailor it to our own personal favourite exercise or exercises and still check in and be accountable for doing it daily or completing our weekly goals?

All ideas welcome!!!

    I am running (training for a half marathon) and doing P90X...I'll help keep you accountable. Do you want to just report to each other in this thread everyday?

    That would be great. I feel like I need to set a goal and stick to it otherwise I will just get lazy and lose all the progress I have already made.
    I know that I need to be slim and feel good for Christmas and New Years Eve so really want to just focus and get a plan together so I can maintain the fitness level I have built up and keep my eating in check.

    Maybe what I need to do is work out a new exercise plan, with running and maybe a DVD workout or two so I can have a fixed plan which I need to complete each week, something that is flexible so if it's raining I can get on with a DVD or swap things around when I'm really short of time.

    I admire you for training for a half marathon!! That is awesome, I hope to one day complete the London Marathon, I would love to enter in a few years time and give it a go but have no idea how I would even start to train for that!!

    YAY!! Lets do it!!! That is three of us for 30day shred, I have done it three times before but will do it again... LOVE it
    I can combine it with running 3 times a week and some arm weights and I reckon that would be a great exercise plan.

    OK, it seems like I have quite a few people who would love to do the 30 day shred, I think this would be great for me too, I LOVE the shred!!!

    I will see if I can drum up some more people to join us and we can get started soon, I have suggested the 17th of October to the others already on board and that seems to be ok so far, please let me know if this is ok for you...

    All welcome, more the merrier!!

    I will be doing 30 day shred daily, on double on days where I might miss on the next day IE when at my BF's.
    Also I will aim to do 3 runs a week
    And arm weights and extra ab work too.

    Can't wait to get started!!!

    I have started another two posted and have gathered a big following for the 30 day shred!!

    We are going to start on the 17th of October....

    I can't wait to get started.

    WHAT A FABULOUSLY FANTASTIC GROUP OF SHREDDERS WE ARE!!!

    I'M BLOWN AWAY BY HOW MANY PEOPLE WE NOW HAVE ON BOARD... I WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALLY THANK AND WELCOME EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU!!!

    I'M SO HAPPY TO HAVE SUCH A GREAT GROUP TO SHRED WITH, I'M CERTAIN WE WILL DO A FAB JOB AT SUPPORTING MOTIVATING AND HELPING EACH OTHER THROUGH THE MONTH LONG CHALLENGE.

    WE START ON MONDAY 17TH OCTOBER!!!

    SOME OF US HAVE ALREADY STARTED.
    SOME OF US ARE WAITING FOR OUR DVD'S TO ARRIVE AND MAY START LATE.

    I WILL PROMISE TO KEEP GOING UNTIL THE LAST PERSON HAS DONE THEIR 30 DAYS NON STOP!!!

    ON MONDAY I WILL HAVE OUR NEW TOPIC PAGE READY AND WE CAN ALL LOG IN AND PUT DOWN OUR GOALS FOR THE CHALLENGE... SOME OF US MAY WISH TO ADD EXTRA EXERCISE. WE MAY LIKE TO TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES AND POST THEM. WE ALSO MAY LIKE TO ADD OUR CURRENT WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENTS FOR THE RECORD SO WE HAVE IT WRITTEN DOWN AND WITNESSED BY ALL!!
