that sounds great!!! I made chili this weekend but because my husband only eats fish and no red meat or poultry I made A vegetarian chili
I used I bag of Morning Star recipe starter Crumbles as a opposed to ground meat one can of red kidney beans
and the wick Fowler's 2 alarm chili kit it has every thing you need to and is good for two batches and you can make it mild or super hot.
Dice a small onion
dice grean bell pepper
3 tbsp of canola oil
1 bag Morning Star crumbles ( Boca or whatever you prefer is fine)
1 15 oz can red kidney beans
wick fowler 2 alarm chili kit
1- 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 cups water
Saute the onions and peppers in canola oil until softened then add the crumbles and brown it
drain the beans add them to the crumbles and veggies
Add tomato sauce
add water
add the chili mix as per instruction on package to taste
simmer for twenty minutes
so yummy low in fat lots of protein
