I've lost my first 5 lbs. since starting with MFP 12 days ago. I've been able to stay under my calorie goal each day and I have been walking 30 - 45 min every day. In the past I have always just guessed at my daily calorie intake ... with no success. I knew that logging calories was an effective way to lose weight but all other methods I have ever tried have been a real pain. I love MFP because it just gets easier every day. I use the website and the Android app so I have no excuses for not logging.
