Hello just wondering if anyone knows how many calories there are in 100g of roast potatoe just roasted No oil cooked in juices from the meat. I'm having gammon joint. Not cooked in any oil,

    if you go on 110 cals for 2/3 cups of roastys,(not sure if thats oiled or not) if they are you have bonus cals right! :) thats what i go on...

    It's a gammon dinner, not cooked in any oil

    Hi, foodstuff,

    If you get some puzzled responses (as in "what kind of meat are you talking about?"), it is probably because the term "gammon" is rarely used in the U.S. I had to google it, and found it is a ham-like product cured in a fashion similar to bacon. (So I learned a new word today--thanks!) Sorry I can't answer your question about the potatoes. I'd estimate it based on how much fat is visibly clinging to the potatoes, I guess.
