      I'm from Calgary. I'm also finishing my AFLCA certificationa and hope to start a karma bootcamp in the new year. (Karma classes mean you pay what you can or not. If not in monetary pay in time cleaning up, arranging classes looking for volunteer space)

      HI there,
      I'm in Calgary and know this has helped me alot. I need to get refocused and to keep going. Fitness is my hardest challenge as I find it hard to motivate myself. If anyone lives central (downtown, zoo area, bridgeland etc) and would be interested in joining my dog and I along the pathways, I'd love some company--particularly through the winter. Let me know if you might like a walking--eventually running partner.

I also workout fairly consistently. I love to run and hit the downtown river paths several times a week (4-10k). Let me know if you want to go run sometime!

      I love to run the paths, although I am up near the airport...run the paths up there...this summer my goal is to get out near Prince's Island for runs...

      I can't wait till it's nicer out. This -20 to -30 is downright rude! haha. Although occasionally I tough it out but this week I've been to wimpy.

      Totally agree with you there. These are the days where I love the treadmill in my basement and the Jillian Michael's DVDs.
