I have been gone long enough that I feel i need to reintroduce my self. I also have a question if someone can help me. The food tracker starts with 1200 calories. At the end of the day am I supposed to be at 1200 or at zero?? I am confused and would love someone to clear this up for me. Thanks:happy:

1200 calories is what you start with each day so by the end of the day you should have 0 calories left. Hope this helps0
