I have not been in here for a couple days and the last 5 days have been CRAZY.

I am officially 9 days smoke free....yes you saw right 9 days. My fiancee is going on his 3rd day smoke free! The hypnosis worked for both of us.

Thursday night my fiancee was stabbed at the night club that he bounces at. The first stabbing this club has seen in it's 10 years of operation. He is fine, in pain, bloody, oozie and I am changing bandages all day. The stress of it has caused some changes I can't even explain.....1 inch to the left he woulda died, 1 inch deeper and his heart would have been punctured. I would just die if something else happened to him.......it has been really really hard on me. Throughout it I have stayed smoke free.....

My honey starts a new day job on Monday that pays way better then his old day job and we are hoping he can do it.....with the 3 inch stab wound in his ribs....

So thats that....just wanted you all to know. I am still bouncing around pounds.....233lbs - 236lbs...Have not been too great on the exercise either. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Oh well back at it this week

Ohhh my! I am so glad that he's okay!!! I don't know how the pay was at that job, but IMHO it's not even close to being worth it!!! I'll pray for a speedy recovery!

Good for you with the quitting! I have been smoke-free for around 8 months now... It's so tough, but your body will let you know how much it appreciates it within a couple of weeks! Just keep in mind how much better you will sleep, and how much more easily you can exercise!

When I'm around people who smoke now, I not only can smell the smoke on them within 2 seconds, but I actually start to feel a little ill from it... Before I had to resist the urge to grab the dumb things from their pockets/hands!!! The claws reallly started to come out!

Thanks Miss.................honey and I both got hypnotised and we are doing alright....better then alright, we don't smoke anymore and don't really struggle with any fits over it. It has turned out to be the greatest thing ever!

Thanks again for your well wishes and I hope you're all good!

Sassie, that's so fantastic! I'd say your boyfriend's ordeal is a true test of your strength and willpower. I'm really so proud of you! Put that same willpower to work with the exercise now - if you can quit smoking, you can do ANYthing, my friend!

Wow. I am sorry about your husband, but am glad that he's ok! That is awesome that you haven't smoked despite all of this! The hardest thing about quitting is dealing with stressful situations and not reaching for that cigarette to help you through it.
