cooked in a steamer bag in microwave

Had some carrots while waiting for it to cook

    1/2 cup shredded chicken
    1 slice fat free cheese

    not my favorite stuff but I have to use it up before I go shopping again :p Then 2 tbsp natural pb for before-bed dessert!

    I just had a can of Campbell's Select soup-- some chicken/tortilla kind. Needed something quick. It wasn't bad but now I need a cup of tea to relax now that my DD is in bed!
