What are the top 5 things that you noticed that had changed with excercising and eating more healthier.
I have only lost 10 pounds but this is what I have noticed and it is things that other people wouldn't notice unless I told them.
Mine are:
#1-My toes and feet got skinnerier(my toe rings are to big and my feet move around to much in there shoes) time for new shoes
#2 My fingers and wrist is smaller (my rings fit better and my watch goes round and round) :laugh:
#3 When I lift my arms up over my head i can see a hour glass figure in my waist :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
#4 My foot doesn't hurt as much when I was 10 pounds heaverier :bigsmile:
#5 I am starting to see more definition in my forearms

2. My legs
3. My boobs are smaller
4. Skin looks heathlier
5. Neck is smaller0 -
After 15lbs and 7 weeks of a healthy diet and regular exercise...
1. I am sleeping better.
2. I've worn one silver ring on my right ring finger since August 2008, and it falls off my finger now.
3. My TOM is more pleasant and involves a lot less cramping.
4. I no longer feel the urge to unbutton my pants when I am watching TV at home. ie: less sodium= less bloating.
5. I am saving money! Cutting out snacks and fast food has left me with a lot of extra pocket change.0 -
My fingers and wrists are smaller
My abs are starting to show..thank goodness
My love handles are slowly fading
My arms are more defined
But I still have a ways to go:grumble:0 -
Since losing almost 50lbs 3 years ago....
1. I see my collarbones!!! :happy:
2. I don't stand sideways when taking pictures (and lets face it, now I don't shy away from them...)
3. I have more energy! :laugh: and I get up in the morning easier!!!!!
4. My knees are thinner (hey, it was a BIG deal to me that I have separate knees and calves now)
5. My dog and I can go walking...longer than just around the block...and she has to run to catch up to me.
Now I am just getting off the dreaded "15" that I gained back a year ago. :grumble:0 -

ditto. I also agree with tiff1632 that I can see my collarbones becoming more defined... and that is really exciting.0 -
1. increased ENERGY!!! :drinker:
2. I feel so much happier.
3. I can feel my hip bones working their way through the hip fat LOL
4. When I squat my leg muscles feel rock solid where as before they just felt flabby.
5. I actually look forward to exercise!0 -

my bum looks a less bumpy and dimpley:blushing:
my colar bones
i noticed the other day i have knee caps!!!
my finger nails are growing better(must be all the healthy food)
my calfs and ankles are 2 seperate leg features now... they are no longer "cankles"0 -
cankles :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: thats a new one I have got to remember that onethe little things i have noticed are.....

My shoes are too small.
My wedding rings are 'spinning'
I can tie my shoes without oxygen.:happy:
I can almost get that 'spot' that itches in the middle of my back.
I can get out of the bed in the morning without making noises that sound like a "Dawn of the Dead" soundtrack.:indifferent:

I'll post my own :happy: I've only lost 6 pounds though lol.
1. when I put my hands on my hips, I feel less fat there
2. I feel the difference in my muscles, I can make it further walking or just working out without getting tired, than I could when I started 3 weeks ago
3. my thighs look more toned
4. my stomach is SLIGHTLY smaller
5. I can hold my breath longer, and am not breathing as heavy (or as LOUDLY) when I workout, as I did when I started0
