I am finally in the healthy range, at 139 pounds with a BMI of 24.6. Yes, its still in the high range of healthy, but considering I started out at 199 pounds with a BMI of 35.2, I'm pretty darn proud of myself!

    Im just looking forward to no longer being obese!!! I still have about 17 or 18 pounds to go before im finaly just over weight...lol!
