For someone around 5'5? Average build. Just general, I know it won't be perfect because of diferences.

I'm shorter than you and I think 117 is too skinny for me... 140 is about perfect for me but I'm quite a bit older than you and probably carry my weight very differently.

I don't think there is a typical good weight. If you're fit and toned, you should see it when you get there. I was 5'6", but I'm only 5'5" now (sigh), and I'm large boned (really). At age 20, I was in good shape at 123. At age 38, I was in good shape at 132. I consider good shape a flat stomach and toned muscles. At age 23 and 115 lbs, I looked anorexic. My stomach was sunken, and my hip bones protruded. I didn't realize how bad I looked until I saw a picture of myself. Gross. Currently, I'm shooting for between 130 and 135. I'll know the exact weight when I get there. I can trust my husband to give me honest feedback. Sounds like you're probably in great shape, weight wise. You may need toning, and that may add a few pounds.
