I know that when a person is uber heavy like me, weight seemingly falls off at first. So when does that stop happening? How long does it take for a person's body adjust to the lifestyle change and quit dropping weight that fast? My doctor told me he doesnt see it being unlikely at all that by May I could lose 70 more pounds. I think that is lofty because my body wont just keep dropping like this

To be honest I hope it don't stop for me for a few months lol. I lost 13 pounds in the first 2 weeks of just changing my eating habits.....I know I will most likely have to work harder later down the road but once I get a big chunk off I believe that will keep me moivated to keep going!0

I've been seriously trying since March and I've lost 63lbs so far. It does seem to have slowed down some, but not a lot. I started at 300lbs and I still have a little to go until I'm at least in the overweight section of the BMI scale, but I'm also looking a lot better than I used to. And all I've really done is change my portion sizes and cut down on how many sugary, caffinated drinks I drink, switching them for water.0
