    Hello MFP family, I thought I'd show my success to those who don't think you cant do it. I think we all can do it, as long as we set our minds to it. I used to weigh 320 and today I weigh 230 ...... My fiance loves me for me whether I weigh 800 lbs or 80 lbs as long as Im healthy, but this is something I'm doing for myself.

    I see that to see the pictures you highlight the link in your post, then at the top of your computer screen the address will have come up in WEB SEARCH window top left, then click
    and WOW -
    what a difference - you were nice looking big girl before, but being less you are even better- really great. Congratulatioins, what an inspiration. You look so much happier in yourself. keep up the good work

    Thank you everyone for the great support and for noticing my pictures before and after, I now know that I will puch my self harder to get to where I really want to be... some asked how long it took for me to lose 87 lbs, well I started on April 28th, and today is October 17th, in total it took me 7 months to lose 87 lbs, I know it might seem like a lot of weight in a short period of time, but the way I did it was i kept going to the gym for about an hour then go home and do my biggest loser videos, eating healthy and exercising is how i did it, also I let go of all the sweets and red meat......Please add me if any one needs more support or any questions.... I'd love to help others so that we can all get through together.....
