Hi all!

This is my first posting.Ive been a member of MFP for a few months now.My weight goes up and down.I think I'm building muscle and hopefully then I'll start losing weight.Anyway i am new at this posting business so i am a little apprehensive.

    Eat well, and track your calories, weigh yourself weekly (although I admit--I weigh daily! :embarassed: ) and measure, measure, MEASURE your body parts!
