i've now gotten two emails from MFP to remind me to track my foods. i have not been consistent in journaling everything i eat, but i have managed to not gain any weight. <small hooray>

on the flip side, i am only halfway to my goal, so i need to get motivated again and start tracking everything. i could list a ton of excuses why i haven't, but it really just boils down to me being lazy and not making it a priority.

okay. now that i've written this out, hopefully it will help! here's to a fresh start.. again.

I am totally feeling the same way. I have not logged food in a week but I have kept up with excercising and I have not binged or done anything ordinary out of my routine. I am not satisfied overall and still have more goals I want to meet. I even bought a heart rate monitor so I could add that to my profile each day and I am using it but not logging it. I am not sure if I am burnt out from it or I learned enough and can continue forward. Feel free to PM me!

I'm so there with you Deanna!! I finally got back on track with exercise and am speed walking or working out on the elliptical at least 5 days a week. I still am a horrible tracker and haven't been on MFP for over a month. I was trying to count points with WW but didn't find that any easier. I'm back now and trying to write down everything I eat. Way to go on already losing 20lbs!!!
