Hi all......
i am new to MFP , so please have patience with me if i ask the same question that has been asked a 100 times ...lol
Really am excited have been on the MFP since Thursday last week . So not yet a week .
But would like to know from the more experienced people , please if you could explain something to me :
1. What happens if i dont eat all the calories that have been given to me for the day ? will i still loose ?
2. What happens if you eat more sugar than what was set for me ?
3. Can you really loose weight on MFP since Thursday i havent lost anything * *
4. Can you loose without exercising ?
Any help would be appreciated .

1. You should set MFP to "lose 1 lb. a week" and eat as close to the calories as you can
2. Don't worry about the sugar thing; just try to avoid processed food and sugar substitutes
3. It will take awhile for your body to realize what you're doing and for that to show up in your weight loss
4. I wouldn't recommend losing weight without exercise - you won't get any healthier without it and there are way too many benefits gained from exercise to leave it out of a healthy lifestyle0
