Hi all
I am following the Curves ladies gym eating programme which is set in 3 phases and I am due to go onto phase 3 which means I have to eat 2000 - 2500 calories a day for a couple of weeks. At the moment MFP has me set at 1510 calories a day but as I said I want to set my calories at 2000 calories so MFP doesn't keep saying I am going over my calories for the day. To be honest I have noooooo idea how I am going to eat so many calories as I struggle eating 1500 calories. The idea of Curves is to give the metabolism a boost so it starts to work faster. So it is phase 1 is 1200 for 7 days, phase 2 is 1500 calories for 23 days then phase 3 is 2000 for 2 to 4 weeks then go back to phase 1 again and do this until I am at my goal weight........ I hope someone can tell me if it is possible to change the daily calorie intake Thank you

Yes. Go into settings or something like that. I don't remember the exact path, but if you click in a few different places, you'll find it.0

Yes- just go into goals- instead of guided to custom and you get enter your levels you want!

You can, but the default "lose 1 lb. a week" will probably give you the best results.0

My Home-Goals then pick the "custom" option.0

You can manually add calories daily. Under breakfast click, add food then click Manually add calories. If MFP says you should eat 1500 and you want to eat 2000, enter -500. This will increase your goal.
I think if you change your settings it will change data from previous days.0 -
Thanks everyone0
