Nursing mom

I am nursing my 6 week old son and I love this site but it doesn't have any way to account for the calories I need for that. Everything I'm seeing online is saying to add about 400 calories to your weight loss amount and you should be about right.
I am also not working for the first time in 14 years and I had a run around all day kind of job. I don't lose weight easily and would love any advice.
Thanks!

IF you look up breast milk or breastfeeding in the food database it will give you a negative calorie intake.0

Thanks! I never thought to enter it under food. It was really weird to see negastive calories and fat and stuff in my food area. Kinda awesome though.0
