new to myfitness

Hi! My name is Karrie and I just joined. I had used other programs to lose weight but had gained it back . It feels like this program gets back to the basics of watching food and counting exercise calories burned. I'm excited and ready! I need to lower my cholesterol and I feel yucky with this extra weight. Any recipe hints or other food suggestions are welcome. I like to exercise and my goal is 3-4 times a week with my schedule.

    Many things work to take off weight. This is for lifetime fitness and health. You can't stop when you reach your weight goal. You have to change your life.
