Living Food

I am finally nourishing my body and I am wanting living food. Obviously I'm not talking about eating a cow that's still mooing, I'm talking about freshly picked fruits and veggies, raw nuts, etc... I'm finding I don't even want regular milk because the processing has taken away it's vitality. Seems pretty much a raw diet, which I've researched before and my best friend does. Anyone else like this? I'd love to talk with someone about meal options and getting enough diversity to be getting the nutrients I need. I've been eating this way without realizing it for almost a week now and am wanting more protein, so some suggestions for that would be very much welcomed. Thanks!

One of the greatest things I've discovered is seed sprouting.

I absolutely don't even buy salad anymore because the seeds are more nutritious and cheaper.

I use this thing called the Easy Sprouter. It's basically like a cup within a cup that allows you to rinse off the seeds two or three times a day. I've tried a several other methods (hemp bag, automatic, jar) but this is probably the easiest.

Just make sure you're buying organic or at least pesticide free sprouting seeds.

    Hope this helps!
