    You look great! Keep up the good work! I wish I would have got serious about my weight when I was younger. Now that I'm 59, it's much much harder to lose! But better late than never, right!

    Congrats. You have done a great job and are very inspiring. I started at 334 pounds. I have been on a plateau for a couple of months so your success has really helped me be encouraged. What kind of excercise are you doing? Did you have any big plateaus and how long did they last?
