Monday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips
Let's do 250 of them.
The farther out you move your feet the harder these are to do. So.....Today let's move your feet out as far as you can.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 250 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Well sorry to let you all down but I only was able to do 70 of them. My day was crazy and the flu hit me like a ton of bricks around dinner time. So 70/250 done.0

got all 250 done last night! and to think the first time I tried these I was lucky to get in 100. must mean my arms are getting stronger!!! :happy:0
