    that's crazy! yesterday I only ran 2 miles! But I also wrote two mid term papers for school, completed a biology lab, and finished 3 quizzes for math 241. Not too bad. =)

    Almost 90 people die EACH DAY in the US driving their cars...which is about 0.0112% of the driving population.

    Each day in 2006, 1730 people died of a heart attack in the US, or 0.206% of the population.

    In 2010, there was approx. 7 deaths in marathons in the US in approx 500,000 marathoners, which equals approx. 0.001% of marathoners, or 0.000002% of the population of the US.

    Personally, I'd rather die in a blaze of glory in a marathon than in a car or sitting on a coach stuffing my face with Doritos waiting for my arteries to close up.
