Hi everyone! I started my fitnesspal 3 weeks ago. Any tips I want to lose about 100 lbs. unbelievebly I have lost 10 lbs already. I guess cutting out the fast food made a big difference for my metabloism.

    Welcome! You're in the right place!

    Congrats on the 10 down! You can lose the rest... just be patient, be honest with yourself and don't try to make too many changes all at once!
