Ive been on MFP for about a month and started out right away by creating a group.
Lets just say, I know my downfall: consistency. And, with an amazing *closed group*
of women called "SBSOS" (Skinny by Summer or Sooner!) I have been encouraged
and am having so much fun!
Today is a weigh in and inches submission and I didnt lose a pound but I DID lose 8.75 inches
off my waist, hips, arms, and legs in just 2 weeks. Ive lost 10.75 inches in 4 weeks, and am
shooting to lose 12 or more in 5 weeks- a previous record of mine.

Thanks to tracking calories on here, I was able to see how many calories Id been eating.
3-5,000 a day without even knowing it. I wasn't paying attention to that.............but I was paying attention
to how my clothes weren't fitting anymore. !!!

For now our ladies-only weight loss group is closed, but Id love to meet some more people!

No pessimist ever discovered the secrets to the stars, anyway. :)

    North Dakota here! Welcome and amazing job by the way! I have been frustrated with my lack of weight loss and a friend suggested going purely by inches lost so now that I see your amazing progress, I think it's time to do the same!
