Hi,
Please recommend your favorite snacks. Presently I eat nuts, dried fruit, veggies and frozen yogurt between meals. I would love some more variety.

VitaMuffins. Great taste. High Fiber and several high vitamin percentages. 100 Calories. Perfect snack in my book.0

How about a banana and a tbls of natural peanut butter?
Protein shake
I like for my snacks to have some protein in them instead of all carbs it seems to help me stay "in control".

I snack on greek yogurt, light string cheese, rice cakes, low fat cottage cheese, almonds, veggies, protein shakes and kashi bars.0

Grapes, pineapple and pretty much anything that involves yogurt or fruit!0

fruit (not dried), 2% string cheese, dry cereal (high fiber brand), mini wrap ups (piece of meat and cheese), and pretzels (low cal but no real nutritional value).0

fiber one bars, apple dippers, trail mix bars, blue diamond nut thins are amazing! Try the almond sea salt.0

i love wheat crackers and laughing cow light swiss cheese with herbs weges. So yummy.
also the standard: apples, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, side salads0 -
hummus - with carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes or blue corn chips
salsa and blue corn chips
skinnypop popcorn (39 calories per cup) i usually sprinkle some water on and then nutritional yeast - YUM
apple and pb
bag of annie's organic fruit snacks (60 calories and organic)
chickpeas with a little salt
any fruit
rice yogurt (non dairy)
1/4 of a Theo organic chocolate salted almond bar
Julie's organic sorbet bars (60 calories)
I also often eat 3/4 of my breakfast and then the other 1/4 is a snack for later.0 -
Ryvita crackers, taziki and spicy salsa on top.. YUMMY!0

think i will add Humus and Cucumbers to my list of snacks.. Currently i have raw almonds, agar jello with fruit cocktail, fuji apple wedges (with a dab of caramel sauce), just added lowfat cottage cheese with canned pears to my list and going to add celery sticks with palmeto cheese mmmmm...0
