    A guy in my college dorm put a lamp shade on his head, and an electrical cord out the back of this pants, and went as a lamp. . . It was entertaining. . .

    - Buy an old white sheet, attach used packages from your trash = White Trash (my grandmother did this one in her retirement community and won a prize)

    A friend of my daughter's one year teased up her hair, then pinned various laundry items (misc. socks, unementionables, etc) to an outfit and went out as "Static Cling." Best costume ever, in my opinion...

    I went as Monica Lewinsky one year, cheap blue dress, heels, big black whig and *cough* stain on dress....
    Dress and heels were from a thrift store. My kids were mortified.

    Get a dollarstore crown and cut out all differen't sizes of red hearts.. attach them to you and go as the Queen of Hearts.. or any suit for that matter ..lol

    Matercard ad. wear regular clothing and a sign that says "shirt $20 pants $50 shoes $30 halloween costume that took minimal effort: priceless!" lol. now THAT may be the easiet I've seen yet. hahaha. Thank god for the internet, it helps me pretend I'm creative.

    a friend of mine once wore all black...turtleneck, black workout pants and a black skull cap, and ALL of her jewelry, and she was a cat burglar. She met her husband that night too....so she must have looked pretty good!

    Get a few tubes of glow sticks...wear all black and tape the glow sticks to yourself...instant stick figure.

    A three hole punch version of you (cut 3 black holes out, wear a white shirt, and stick them vertically on you)
    Or buy a name badge that says "Hello My name is" and put a different name
