Hi
My name is Amy. I recently joined after meeting with a dietician. I've lost about 7lbs in two weeks, but overall 32 lbs. I wanted to congratulate you on your wonderful success! I hope I can do the same ????
I also wanted to say you have great snack ideas...thank you!

Love the 90 cal Fiber One Brownies, Special K Strawberry Cereal Bars, also 90 cals, and the Smart Ones Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundae, 140cals. Those are my go to for a sweet tooth. Also, if I'm cutting it short on calories for the day and still need something sweet, I eat ONE banana chip, for some reason it really helps, lol!0
