30 day challenge anyone?

Hey there, I am looking for people to do a 30 day challenge with me.. 30 minutes of exercise a day for 30 days. I am using the EA sports active program (wii) and adding extras in as I go. would love to have others to compete with/encourage and motivate

  • I'm starting the 30 days Shred DVD Challenge with another group, I'm also trying to incorporate at least 30 minutes of walking everyday. I will like to start running too. So I guess what I'm trying to say, I would love to join your challenge!

    Awesome. anyone have any ideas of how we can as a group keep track of eachothers progress etc? (im new on here so i dont really know how it works) if not maybe everyone can just add eachother

    I am so in! I will be heading out to a 60 minute spinning class in an hour and I am psyched. I have two weddings next month and my high school reunion next month so it would be nice to be in tip top shape!!

    hey there!! How did everyones day go today? I did a walk with my baby boy for just over an hour, and also 18 minutes of ea sports active this morning. bout to get into some yoga before the dinner and bedtime rush starts when hubby gets home.

    I'm doing a Halloween challenge and a New Year's challenge. There are days when I would love to sit around and do nothing (ie football Sundays)...I would love a 30 day challenge to make sure I have to get out there and do it. I currently walk anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes a day...except I didn't do a thing on Sunday!
  • I am so proud of myself because I did my 30 minutes! Man! It wasn't easy because everything in me didn't want to do it. This is day 1 of the 30 day challenge.

    I need a good challenge. I am, rather quickly, gaining back some previously lost weight. Seriously, if I gain 2 more pounds, I'm going to have to go to work in sweats. So, I need a little motivation. I'm also trying not to weigh myself. I feel like I need to focus on healthier eating and exercise before I get all into the scale and what its doing/not doing.

    I didn't make today, but that's okay, I'll still hang in with you with Thursday as Day 2.

    I'm in. I will have 35 minutes in by the end of the day. I have to break mine down in to small 10-15 minutes of exercise due to work, but I can do this!
  • I would love to participate with y'all. Yesterday, I took a swimming class with my daughter and played with her in the park (90 minutes total). Today I walked with my daughter for 2 hours.

    Had a busy day but had tons of errands so I am counting the 40 minutes I spent pushing around a cart at a fast pace at Costco! Today, I will take what I can get!

    Weds: 19min steps and 1hr walking
  • Thursday, Day 2: Did walk at home DVD for 30 minutes (about 2 1/2 miles). I didn't want to do it either, but I did and feel great!

    Thursday: Open Barre class for 60 minutes and it kicked my butt!!!
