I was on this site last winter, and it is a good site, but like always, after I lose the weight, I go back to my old habits. I've regained all but 8 of my original 25 pounds so I'm starting over......again. Again, I'm doing the hcg diet because it works for me and it's fast, and if I don't see results IMMEDIATELY, I will give up, so today is day 1 of the diet. Wish me luck!
