Hello MFP members, this is my second week of Ripped in 30 and have went down 3 1/2 inches of my waist and 2% muscle increase. For those that have tried both Ripped in 30 and Shred, which one would you say is more effective or are results similar? Being that I have Ripped in 30, I was wondering if I should finish up and then do 30 day Shred only IF there are much better results and if not well switch my exercise routine to maybe a Zumba dvd being that my body gets used to routine very quickly resulting in a plateau which I definetly DO NOT want.....please give opinion or advice. Any help, helps :) THanks in advance!!

I would love to hear more opinion myself. Both are excellent programs and I believe that if you stick to your routine for the 30 days that you would get great result with either one of them. Good luck to you.

I had awesome results with Ri30 I would say it's a lot harder than 30ds I really like how it has 4 levels each week you go up a level I really like that since I kinda got board with 30ds idk I would say I had better results with Ripped in30 but everybody it's different and their bodies respond different to some exercises so Idk ; )

Thats what I like too, that it doesnt get boring. I tend to lack off with the same routine week after week. Thanks for your opinion, you are right everyone is different, appreciate your comment :)
  • Opinions??
  • 30DS is way easier than RI30. you'd be downgrading. In my opinion, I say get "shredding it with weights" or "6 week abs" if you're looking to go upward, not downward, in work outs.

I started with 30DS and thought it was amazing, I'm doing RI30 now, week 3 day 7 and It really really hurts my wrists because I have weak weak wrists. :/ I'm hoping week 4 is less plank/wrist work otherwise I'm going to go back to 30DS LVL3 until I find something else to do.
  • Thanks for the advice!!!
