I am new here but I am totally in!
I am training for a tri at the end of the month but here is what I have so far this month!
Swim: 50 Points
Bike: 27 Points
Run: 128 Points (I run... alot)
If you need it broken down by day, here we go:
10/01 - 5 Mile Run
10/03 - 3 Mile Run, 1/2 Mile Swim
10/04 - 6 Mile Run
10/05 - 4 Mile Run
10/06 - 3 Mile Run, 1/2 Mile Swim
10/07 - 9 Mile Bike
10/08 - 6 Mile Run
10/10 - 3 Mile Run, 1/2 Mile Swim
10/11 - 12 Mile Bike
10/12 - 5 Mile Run
Today - 3 Mile Run, 1/2 Mile Swim
I need to get my biking up!
I realized I messed this up originally... It should have been a 6 mile BIKE on 10/04 not a 6 mile run on 10/04...
I biked 12 miles today.
I am up to
Swim: 2 miles
Bike: 39 miles

Awesome! I'm in! I just started getting back into tri training this month after a 3 year hiatus, so this is perfect.

Swim: 28m - 1400 Yd - .79 Mi

Great job everyone! I've really impressed (and a bit surprised to be honest)... we've got some serious training going on here! Lots of miles being logged, some long swims and big runs. Nicely done people. Oct is half over... keep it going!
