How do you deal with slip ups were you gain some weight back on, I did a little, I feel terrible, and I'm trying to get back on track but afraid I won't do it. I feel guilty. :frown:

Just get back on track. You can do this. No excuses.
  • You can do this,, just snap out of it and don't be so hard on yourself. This is a journey and all journeys take a few turns here and there!

be gentle with yourself. I try and think in the long term - this is a long term project after all. I can't be perfect every day, or every week even. If I'm on Vacation, I cut myself some slack and just get back on track when it's over. Recently I lost someone who meant a lot to me, and there were a few days of not so healthy eating and drinking. It happens and I'm trying not to beat myself up about it. I've gotten back on track with everything but the exercise and I'm back to losing. It will be OK!
  • Thank you!
