NSV (Non scale victory)

I've been walking/running to help get in shape since about June. My family likes to do 5K runs/walks. When I first started I was walking around 47 min per 3.1 miles. Tonight I ran a 23:54 5K. I'm training for a 5K on Oct. 29th. Guess I'll have to come up with a new goal

That's a good time. On August 20th I ran a 5K and got 32:30. So, in less than 2 months I got my time down almost 9 minutes. Just keep running and running. Adding distance. Your time will keep coming down.
