How much protein do I need?

I've decided to cut meat out of my diet, and I know that if I do this, I need to make sure I'm getting enough protein. However, I don't know how much protein I need.
Is there a certain ratio or percentage or any way of knowing the minimum amount of protein I should be consuming per day?

The more protein the better IMO. Minimum is around 15%0

In general, the guidelines is about 1g per 1lb of your weight... MFP settings are way too low.
I changed mine to 40%protein, 30% carb, 30% fat --- I easily get 120-150g protein a day.
There are lot of ways to get it without meat..some of my favorites:
Protein shakes (I drink 2-3 a day and love them)
Good greek yogurt (like fage 0% -- 17g protein in just 6oz)
Quinoa - great high protein low glycemic grain0 -
