    I find mbp far better for counting calories ect but this site has a thing on there that teaches you are nutrition ect ect http://www.calorieking.com.au/

    hmmmmmm sooooo this is what I have for my 3 day a week workout


    5min cardio to warm up

    10squat, 10push ups, 10 lunge - 2 mins as many times as I can do within the time

    weights 8 reps three sets 1 min rest each set. (or until my muscles fail)

    triceps curls, sumo squats, row
    seated shoulder press, crunches, chest press
    upright rows, triceps kickbacks

    ab workout ( complicated and hurts a lot) I dont even want to talk about it

    cool down and stretch

    c25k- monday, wednesday, friday
    weights- tuesday, thursday, saturday
    Other stuff when I feel like it.
