I saw a video with me on it at Christmas in 2007. I was horrified!:sick: I wanted to cry! Got enough motivation for the next year!:ohwell: God has worked in very funny ways this weekend.

I also had the day off Friday and I was laying in the bed flicking the TV and I passed by a "church" channel. It had Billy Blanks talking about working out is good for the soul! Yeah I got up and went to the gym for an hour.:happy:
