How do u track exercise u did on the Wii fit on here?

    hi if you type wii fit it comes up with loads of exercises on the exercise one.hope this helps :smile:

    I believe the WiiFit also gives you calories burned, if you can't find the right activity you can adjust the calories burned from the program :flowerforyou:

    I love my Wii Fit because I'm naturally a high score junkie. So getting a perfect score on the step routine makes me far happier than it should and I forget it's exercise. You can also set a calorie goal each day and it will let you know how far off you are after every game. Then you get the happy piggy animation which again, makes me happier than it should.
