Logging 'bootcamp' as exercise

Hello,
I do British Military Fitness which is a sort of bootcamp and I am unsure how to log the exercise. Would it be circuit training - general? I know to get the exact calories burned I would have to wear a HRM but in the absence of one of these, what would you recommend?
Thanks.

Yeah I would recommend circuit training general as the best place to log such a calorie if you don't have a HRM!!:happy:0

I usually burn between 400-600 calories in a blue class or 500-700 in a red class, although on a particularlu tough session (after a few weeks off injured) I burnt 1000!!!0
