Hello, I'm Alison. I've tried losing weight before, with no lasting results. I'm ready to make a total life change, one step at a time. This time I'm motivated by painful knees and ankles, I've heard that for every pound you lose in body weight, 14 pounds of pressure come off your knees. I also want to great for all the holiday parties! I'm hoping to make some friends through this site... maybe some long distance running buddies

Hi Alison
I lost 84 pounds........... then lost my job and my special needs son moved back home. Because I eat for comfort I have now gained 29 lbs back in less than 3 weeks (not sure how that happens so fast?) I have to get back on track but am not hope full. Jobs are hard to find and I feel if you are over weight you have a harder time of It. You said one step at a time I think thats the key good luck I will cheer you on!!! MLoren0 -
